The objection was raised on the Reddit thread that JE's plane was incapable of making the journey. Not sure about that but a quick dig on N120JE reveals a Gulfstream IV w/ a range of 4800+ miles. By way of comparison, a B-737 has a nominal range of 3000 mi -- thus by that metric, at least, I assume it's not impossible for JE to make the trip.
