I don't want this to resolve on FISA abuse. Illegal spying is a drop in the ocean.
OUR government tired to overthrow OUR election, and when it failed at that, it abused legal process to hamstring OUR president.
The government is now in the business of subverting the political process through use of legal process. This will not end well, especially when the public wakes up to the fact that THEIR government is running a total SHAM for elections.
I can see why the government wants to make this about a wee bit of unsupervised snooping.

302 forms are supposed to be filled out immediately following such interviews.
Stzok’s 302 of this Flynn interview was not made until August of 2017.

I wrote about it last December:
That 302 form, filled out SEVEN MONTHS after the original interview, has another curious feature to it. The 302 is a bunch of notes of Strzok being interviewed about the Flynn interview. Somebody is walking him through it and writing down the answers he’s giving.
If the Flynn interview was January 24, 2017, why is a 302 of the interview only being filled out then on August 22, seven months later?
And why would some unknown person be questioning Strzok about it & writing down his answers? Why didn’t he do it himself?
Remember what transpired between January 24, the Flynn interview, and August 22, the filling out of Strzok’s 302 form.
James Comey is fired on May 9. Mueller is appointed in May.
Strzok is assigned to Mueller’s team in early June. Stzok is kicked off the team in late July.
By August of 2017, Horowitz, Rosenstein and Mueller all know about the text messages between Strzok & Page.
It’s why Strzok was booted off the Mueller team & stuck in the FBI Human Resources Dept. while that got sorted out.
Recall what’s IN those text messages.

The agent who played an instrumental role in getting Flynn charged with perjury has been **caught** by the Inspector General discussing how to INFLUENCE the judge hearing the Flynn case.
This is not new. This has been know for over a YEAR AND A HALF.
So here’s what I think: that original FD-302 got torn up because the way Strzok originally wrote it, it contained something that had to be changed.
Now that he’s been exposed & is sitting the FBI HR Dept. somebody NEEDS a new 302 of that Flynn interview.
So seven months later, after he’s already been caught, Strzok has to help this person, who I suspect but can’t yet prove is Andrew McCabe, write out a new 302 form that changes how that Flynn interview was covered.
Nothing I’m saying here is new. All this stuff has been public information for more than a year. Some of it, for a year and a half, since December of 2017.
All I’m doing is REMINDING you.
Now add another piece to this puzzle, which I discussed last night.
Strzok is caught through the text messages by IG Horowitz in July 2017.
Flynn didn’t plead guilty before Judge “Rudy” Contreras until December 1, 2017.
Four months later.
So...by at least early August of 2017, WHO knows that Strzok & Page have been caught discussing trying to influence the judge hearing the Flynn perjury case being run by the Mueller Special Counsel prosecutors?

Remember who the ACTING DIRECTOR of the FBI is after Comey gets fired.
I don’t believe they could yank both Strzok & Page off the Mueller team with McCabe finding out why.

Here’s the amazing thing. Here’s what doesn’t make sense on the surface.
They know...and nobody stops what’s going to happen.
4 months go by. Flynn’s court date arrives.
He pleads guilty before Judge Rudolph Contreras to 1 count of perjury.
Immediately after this, Judge Contreras is suddenly removed from this case & replaced by Judge Emmit Sullivan, a judge famous for Brady rulings.
So here’s what I think happened: that original 302 form from January 2017 that was replaced by the one Strzok helped make in August? It has exculpatory evidence in it.
They didn’t make public the fact they were going to charge Flynn with perjury until November 5, 2017.
The new 302 form isn’t made until August 2017 & they don’t move to charge Flynn with perjury until early November 2017.
Comey’s firing in May messed up a lot of their plans, and McCabe & the others are having to make it up as they go.
So very late, not until August, do the SpyGate plotters decide to take that January interview with Flynn & turn it into a perjury case & have Mueller prosecute it.
And part of preparing the perjury case was writing a new 302 that August, 7 months after the Flynn interview.
So here’s where I’m going with this.
Strzok was NOT the only FBI agent at that Flynn interview in January 2017.
There was another agent there. Special Agent Joseph Pientka.
We’ve seen Strzok’s post-dated 302.
We haven’t seen Pientka’s.
In engineering a perjury case against Flynn, the had to make a new 302 form in August with Strzok and use that as a basis to hand it off to Mueller’s prosecutors, where’s Pientka in all of this?
Where’s his 302 from that interview? Does his recollection match Strzok’s?
Well we don’t know at this point.
Because nobody’s seen or heard from Pientka ever since his name was made public.
He’s been carefully kept out of sight and out of mind for almost a year and a half.
I’ve even taken to humorously calling him “The DOJ’s Invisible Man”.
I’ve suspected for over a year now that Pientka is going to be a whistleblower in all of this. Strzok, Page, McCabe, they’ve all been fired or forced to resign.
SSA Joe Pientka is still at the FBI. I’m positive he’s already told Horowitz and now Durham everything he knows.
They literally can’t produce Pientka until AFTER Horowitz has released his FISC abuse report because what Pientka knows is not only explosive, it’s going to blow the lid off of TWO different things:
1) the Flynn set up
and
2) The DOJ/FBI/Fusion GPS backchannel
And as I’ve been saying, careful preparation has been underway to get things ready for these explosive revelations and it had to be managed with precision and care.
They couldn’t have exposed any of this back in 2017 because things weren’t nearly ready.
Pientka demonstrates how Flynn was targeted **and** how the FBI/DOJ was hiding/laundering where their Trump/Russia info was coming from - straight from Hillary Clinton’s paid operatives at Fusion GPS.
Mifsud blows up the Russian agent narrative, Pientka blows up the rest.
