3 herniated disks currently. OUCH!
My wife bought my a couple of bottles of them as I hate percocet and other pain relievers. For some they help. I more than maxed the dosage over time, was moderate in the beginning. Never been into the wacky weed, just makes you hungry, then tiered the next day. What a waste of time!
The CBD did nothing for pain relief, in my situation, It may for some.
Then I ran into a Yoga instructor, she gave me some exercises to do. G-d dang!! The disks are not 100% in yet, but appear to be close. Crossing my fingers and praying, still have to support all of the kids that keep showing up.

I had lower back pain.
Chronic, but low level. Went to a chiropract0r. I went in a strong skeptic. I came out without pain, like a switch had been turned off.
Then I found doing crunches helped... a lot.
Back pain in the middle of then night, get up, do 30 crunches, back pain go away, back to sleep.
I also found the adjustable air mattress and memory foam combination helped significantly.
Between those three.., Chiropractor, crunches, and air mattress/memory foam, lower back pain has been mostly a memory for 10 years.
