As a former flight attendant, I would have absolutely REFUSED to work that flight on that plane with that animal onboard.

There is no way to safely evacuate OVER A HUNDRED PEOPLE with LIVESTOCK that would outright panic in an emergency, jeopardizing the lives of so many so this girl can have her PET with her.

THE HORSE WOULD BLOCK THE WAY OF PASSENGERS. THE HORSE’S HOOVES WOULD PUNCTURE THE EVACUATION SLIDE.

For someone to be so mental that they need to have a HORSE with them, she shouldn’t be allowed to be in public without a straight jacket.

Your objection is legitimate, but implies that the horse would be allowed to evacuate. After all, passengers are exhorted to "leave all personal belongings and baggage" on board when evacuating - I assume that that would apply also to "emotional support" animals. On the other hand, not evacuating the animal might slow things down even further.

I wonder if the airlines will now have to revise their pre-flight safety instructions to include the admonition: "Put your oxygen mask on first before to attempting to assist young children or livestock."

Regards,

If the horse just stretched its legs it could injure someone. People are sitting 3 centimeters apart in these tin cans.
