Prosecutors, maybe Barr, can’t remember, said right after Epstein died (or whatever) that obviously the case against him personally is over, but all the evidence obtained will be (or is being) used to follow up all crimes committed.
Since Epstein is dead (unless etc about which I have no opinion), obvious he can’t be on trial.
No, but I hope all those girls sue him in civil court. Yes, it will be harder than it usually is in civil (the threshold for guilt is much lower in civil, however, a lot of the discovery which was used in the criminal case can be used in the civil case)...but maybe Eppy's brother will just have a freakin' heart and give them all a big something $
