Here is the recent court filing by Flynn's new attorney asking the judge to impose a finding of Civil Contempt on team Mueller/Wasserman. This would, per the filing, force the case to be taken over by new attorneys (not Team Mueller or DC US Attorney, who are implicated in not producing evidence as required.)

It's a fantastic document and well worth the time it take to read it. (19 fast moving pages).

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Plaintiff, v. MICHAEL T. FLYNN, Defendant

While the defense is reviewing the massive file counsel does have, it is what we do not have that is crucial. A finding of contempt by this Court will trigger the appointment of new prosecutors—unrelated to the Special Counsel investigation or the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, which is now equally implicated in the suppression of evidence favorable to the defense. 13 As in Stevens, counsel expects that in a matter of weeks, new and untainted counsel for the government could find and produce the evidence the current team has hidden.

Go Sidney!

Nicely done.
I’m thinking, continued references to the Stevens case are intentional.
It was Judge Sullivan who reversed the Stevens case and ripped the prosecutors new butt holes.
