I’m not a lawyer, but I do wonder if this report on Comey provides proof of intent regarding the coup attempt. Perhaps no crime, but he couldn’t sue to get his job back if he wanted to for all the policy violations.
So this proof of intent to set up the president is established, maybe, for the next phase, where he actually did commit a crime (FISA fraud on the court)?
One can hope.
