Then, I noticed that the "garden" sits atop a 30' (10 yard) high pile of obvious spoil dirt! That's well over 70K cubic yards of dirt that is obviously different in albedo & color from the surrounding desert. And, there is no "borrow pit" within 10 miles -- any direction -- that could have supplied that much dirt!
Ergo, that is a pile of spoil dirt that cane from an excavation directly under the "garden"...
BTW, I pinged you to another view of the site in my #1227; check it out! Even with the "Formal Garden" in the distance & compressed by perspective, it's still nearly as big as the housing complex...
Better yet, go to Lat 35.266842 , Long -105.969483 with GE & see for yourself... And check back at 6-26-2014 or earlier --to see the site before the "garden" was built.
I guess dumb@$$ Epstein thought if you put a formal garden (or tennis court) over something, no one would dare to ask, "What's under there?"!
