I realize it wasn’t a popular idea when I first broached it after hearing Thomas Wictor discuss it, but it’s looking increasingly like Flynn did indeed make himself a target & he’s known all along he’d fully expose these creeps.

There have always been MULTIPLE things in the Flynn case that just do not add up.
It’s been crystal clear to people who’ve followed this thing from the start that he was set up and that whenever he wished to actually start DEFENDING HIMSELF, he’d get this turned around.
Those who’ve followed my Twitter feed from before I began writing for Epoch are aware what Wictor & were theorizing: that instead of Flynn being set up, the was the one doing the setting up.
They thought he was walking into their trap when in fact they were walking into his.
Think how overconfident it made the SpyGate plotters when, after the ultimate disaster of Trump winning the election, at least their countermeasures to take Trump down got off to a stupendously successful launch: they got Flynn fired & then successfully prosecuted.
Well the joke’s on them.
The original judge got shit-canned IMMEDIATELY after Flynn entered his guilty plea. Judge Rudolph Contreras, friends with both Peter Strzok & Lisa Page, was unceremoniously YANKED off the bench & replaced by Judge Emmit Sullivan.
After hearing the entire case & then accepting Flynn’s guilty plea,never saying 1 word to anybody how his good friends Strzok/Page were attempting to quite cleverly influence him on this Flynn case, Contreras was suddenly, quite to immense surprise, told he was LEAVING.
It was NEVER EXPLAINED in the media, people tossed around various theories to account why Contreras got this hook.
Even AFTER the Stzrok/Page messages surfaced, nobody in the DNC Media Complex was ALLOWED to go there.
Well.
**I** don’t work for the DNC Media Complex.
I **was** allowed to construct a theory & discuss it in public that related the relationship in those text messages between Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, their involvement in Crossfire Hurricane, & their being involved in targeting Gen. Flynn.
And the theory is this: When DOJ IG Michael Horowitz found those text messages, he alerted the AG, Jeff Sessions & Rod Rosenstein, the DAG supervising the Mueller Special Counsel.
Strzok & Page had just been assigned to Mueller’s team about 2 months previously.
Mueller was appointed in May 2017. He began forming his team that month, by the end of June, both Strzok & Page were on it.
But they didn’t stay there long.
Both were yanked off Mueller’s team sometime in late July.
Now here’s the kicker.

What I’m about to tell you comes from **simply knowing the timeline** of all of this.
Strzok/Page are yanked off the Mueller team in late July 2017.
Lt. Gen. Flynn **pleads guilty before JUDGE CONTRERAS in his courtroom on [checks card] DECEMBER 1ST, 2017.
Ponder that.
Question:
AT WHAT POINT were DOJ IG Michael E. Horowitz, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and DAG Rod Rosenstein made aware there were TEXT MESSAGES between Strzok/Page discussing trying to influence Judge Contreras?
Answer: by the end of July, 2017.
So...put it together.
By the end of July, 2017, Horowitz, Sessions & Rosenstein know all about how 2 SpyGate plotters were plottin’ with other about influencing ‘Rudy’s’ handling of the Flynn case.
THEY get yanked off Mueller’s team.
Contreras is left RIGHT WHERE HE IS.
You see why understanding a SIMPLE TIMELINE has meant I haven’t been worried for 2 years about how this was going to play out?
Contreras had no idea what was coming. He had no idea Horowitz, Sessions & Rosenstein already had the text messages of Strzok/Page blabbing to each other.
From the end of July, 2017 to December 1, 2017, the day Flynn entered his guilty plea before Judge Contreras is around four months.
Question: what’s the VERY FIRST THING the new judge, Emmit Sullivan, did upon assuming control of the case, anybody remember?
We have a winner!
The very FIRST thing Judge Emmit Sullivan did upon assuming control of the Flynn case...IMMEDIATELY AFTER FLYNN HAD JUST PLEADED GUILTY...was to make what’s known as a ‘Brady ruling’.
A Brady ruling is where the judge wants to make absolutely sure a defendant’s rights were not violated by checking with the prosecutors that they have turned over any and all EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE to the defense.
Sullivan is **quite well known** for doing this is all his cases.
Now, I didn’t start writing for Epoch until July of 2018. All this had played out well before I started writing there, Contreras being yanked for Sullivan, then issuing his Brady order to the prosecution team.
Which, remember, are Mueller’s guys.

The Mueller Team’s Strzok Problem

At that time, Flynn’s sentencing had been delayed THREE TIMES, all at the request of the prosecution team, who is suddenly asking for no jail time at all for Flynn due to his cooperation with multiple investigations with multiple different offices inside the DOJ.
Well it’s now September 1, 2019 and guess what?
FLYNN STILL HASN’T BEEN SENTENCED.
What’s the holdup?
What’s causing the delay?
Well I already showed you.
The prosecution team is huge trouble & they know it.
They’ve been FORCED to hold the case in stasis.
Put your thinking cap on.
You are Mueller’s prosecution team. The people **directing** your prosecution of Flynn when it started, were all SpyGate plotters.
Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates, Strzok, Page, etc.
You made a case against an innocent guy, it works, you get a guilty plea
Everything’s going to plan...until suddenly it’s not.
After you’ve already initiated the case, all the people above you running it were exposed and removed.
McCabe gets demoted, fired,, Strzok, Page both isolated, he gets fired, she resigns, oh man this is bad, what are we supposed to do, it’s already in motion, at least Judge Contreras is still on board...Flynn pleads guilty, great now...
WAIT WHAT???!!!
OMG THEY GOT CONTRERAS.
THEY GOT CONTRERAS.
**NOW** what the f**k are we supposed to do? We’re stuck!
And...oh of course...they’re bringing in SULLIVAN. Mr. “Brady Ruling” Himself...oh man...tell me this is a nightmare...somebody wake me up....
You’re a dirty career fed. prosecutor. You just HELPED engineer a case in which the defendant pleaded guilty WHILE YOU KNEW YOU WERE WITHHOLDING EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE.
And the very first thing the new judge does is make a Brady order to you.
What do you DO?
Well it looks to me as if these Mueller prosecutors decided to try to BUY THEMSELVES TIME by continuing to file motions to delay the sentencing.
Which is exactly what they’ve been doing for almost 2 full years now.
You delay & hope the rest of the Mueller team is having way more success than you are.
Except [giggle!] we all know how this story ends, don’t we?
