If there is going to be a storm it’s going to happen without warning. We’ll just wake up one morning and the media will be on fire with the news of the arrests. It could happen next week but I think it could take up to another year before “The Storm” actually hits. We don’t really know what is going on, all we are doing here is speculating.
I’ll just go sit quietly in the corner now.
The DOJ's longstanding rules preclude taking highly visible actions in the 60 days before an election. The 2020 general election is Nov 3. So, Sept 3 (about a year from now), we'll be going into the blackout period.
I think any major action has to take place much sooner than that. This fall would be ideal, so that some progress can be made on this stuff before Nov. 2020.
If Trump loses then anything not already begun will simply be dropped by the lame-duck outgoing administration, especially highly contentious arrests of Deep State figures.
Team Deep State is trying to run out the clock. The goodguys need to get stuff out there soon.
