I was thinking about this today and if (still a big IF) what Patrick Byrne, former Overstock CEO, is saying turns out to be completely true that will be the bigger crime to prosecute. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Byrnes is probably a publicity loving kook. He once spent a decade arguing that his company was the victim of naked short sellers. Google “Deep Capture” and you’ll see what came before this recent excursion into the conspiracy spotlight. It doesn’t look like he has anything useful to contribute to the Spygate prosecution.
