Most of the so called Palestinians migrated from other countries, just as Yassir Arafat did. He was a native Egyptian, as many in Israel were. Also, most came from modern day Jordan, which was created by the Palestinian mandate. In all honesty, Israel was almost inhabitable until the Jews returned.

they should be a lot taller if they were Canaanite descendants.

If they want to be "Canaanites", they are asking for a heap of trouble. Not only are they taking possession of an ancient curse, they are taking on being perpetual servants to the descendants of Shem (ie: Israel)
Genesis 9 (KJV):
20 And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:
21 And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent.
22 And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.
23 And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness.
24 And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him.
25 And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
26 And he said, Blessed be the Lord God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
27 God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
28 And Noah lived after the flood three hundred and fifty years.
29 And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died.
Just Sayin'.

What unites Liberals and Muslims is that they both rewrite history to reinforce their goals of ideological supremacy. Any ideology based on lies is far from supreme, however.

So Palestinians are Canaanites, it really doesn’t matter what they call themselves. There have been indigenous people in the Holy Land before the Hebrews showed up, but the Hebrews did show up and have a continuous presence for at least 1500 years or so.
I am a huge supporter of Israel, the Palies need to reject hate, reject violence, and build their community.
I have no confidence in them no matter what they call themselves.

Great! At least we know now for certain what to do about the fakestinian problem -hou shalt utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee

The Palestinians are the Middle Easts homeless people, created by the same kind of governmental corruption that created them in our big cities. When destitute people become a political asset, there are always political forces that will make them so.

Jews were almost exterminated from the Holy Land by Crusaders. Under Muslim rule, Jews trickled back, but it was under the Ottomans that there was significant return. As Jews migrated in, so did Muslims seeking employment and trade with Jews.
By the time the first Godless Zionists showed up, there was swamp-draing, an agricultural school, and Jewish settlements. All such development attracted Muslims for economic opportunity.

Yes. Jews are supposed to be intelligent but they seem to be very slow learners

1500 years? More like 3200+ years.
It's hard to date Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, but the Merneptah stele about 1220 BC mentions "Israel" among the peoples in the area between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean.

Indeed!. But its up to the Israelis to stop pussy-footing around

Cannaanites, huh? So then there are actually people worshiping Baal? Performing animal sacrifices? I wouldn’t think that Muslims of any era would want to be associated with that.
