If JD can’t get an indictment out of McCabe’s conspiratorial activities and planting political thugs in positions to frame a political enemy, influence an election through slanderous leaks, sabotage a president in transition and then flog False grounds for Impeachment, then patriots will get used to the certainty of a two tiered Justice system. “One consequence for thee, but not for me”.

I remember our excitement at the thought of a Utah indictment as there was a common sense that a DC grand jury would be loath to indict a Democrat and almost certain not to convict. My initial reaction to McCabe was fear that it will lead to nothing.

I have always heard the Feds will not indict unless they think they have an iron-clad case.

They have a phobia of losing.

I say, there's another solution: Indict about 100 of them; then, if only 60% are convicted through jury trials, WE'LL ACTUALLY BE SATISFIED (at least I will) that the system is trying to obtain justice.
