I've read him irregularly. Some of his far out stuff has failed to occur as and particularly when claimed. My own sense is that he has some decent insider sources but also may be played as a disinfo/ misinfo or trial balloon sort of agent. I've also felt that some of his stuff likely has some essential accuracy at the core but may not play out as he claimed. He seems to be very comfortable with hyperbole.

David Wilcock is another "fringe" character of mixed reliability & here's a link where he mentions David Zublick:

I think most rating sites are pretty hard on Zublick but then most seem to be pretty hard on conservatives generally.

I think I tend to take him with a grain of salt but also keep some of his more convincing stuff in the back of my mind to see what evolves related to his claims. Lots of fringe folks have turned out accurate beyond the wildest expectations. Life is not in tidy little boxes.
