There’s a Christian school in Houston, called Imani, which appears to be all black. I don’t know the details regarding how they do it, but they go toe-to-toe against the other Christian schools in competitions. Not only do they often win, and almost always come in the top three, the kids at those competitions are MUCH BETTER BEHAVED than the kids from the other schools. They come in, take their seats, and are basically silent, except during the competitions. Well, not quite, they’re free to cheer themselves when they kick butt over the mostly white schools - and they do cheer!

It is simply pleasure to watch them and anyone seeing them compete, particularly Leftists, will have their per-conceived notions about blacks (polite term for prejudices) greatly challenged.

Which is why schools like this are reviled. Of course black kids are capable of good behavior and academic excellence—if it is expected of them. As you point out they take pride in themselves and their achievements. Schools like this make most public schools, which practice the tyranny of low expectations, look bad.
