Facebook is proven to have systemic bias against conservatives by several third party groups and makes minor changes to improve the issue.

Exactly. Changes like figuring out how they measured the bias and adding fixes to mask obfuscate the ability to sample and measure it
The fact that they had to change things to allow pro-life ads proves they WERE discriminating against conservatives. Ditto the refusal to list Breitbart as a legitimate news source, leading to its content being downgraded or “fact checked”.

Big surprise, after a 3 year investigation we also found out the Obama IRS was discriminating against conservatives.
It isn’t a secret. Social media and the press are political activists.
Maybe putting a rainbow flag up and saying “everyone is welcome”?
