I believe that Italy is one of those countries with several parties, so more one than one party has to work together in order to have a majority. I wonder what will happen next. Salvini is definitely a MIGA Trump supporting man.

Ya, sounds like Conte is trying to blow up the coalition. Salvini says he's 'go it alone'.

Lire to donuts says Salvini is the next PM.

Reading the NSA SIGINT doc will make your eyes glaze over but there's a lot in there that needs to be understood. This for example.

From NSA SIGINT document. IC is Intelligence Community (IC) element: B. (U) General protections.

Any IC element that obtains access to raw SIGINT under these Procedures will...

3. (U) Political process in the United States. Not engage in any intelligence activity authorized by these Procedures, including disseminations to the White House, for the purpose of affecting the political process in the United States. The IC element will comply with the guidance applicable to NSA regarding the application of this prohibition. Questions about whether a particular activity falls within this prohibition will be resolved in consultation with the element's legal counsel and the General Counsel of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) (and the DoD's Office of the General Counsel in the case of a DoD IC element).

It depends. In that kind of country (like the UK) you can have one party be the ruling party, meaning they have a majority of the representatives; or you can have a coalition rule in which two or more of the parties agree to support the candidate, and then the cabinet positions are apportioned to the ruling coalition blocs according to their strength in the parliament.
