The envelopes handed out at GHWB’s funeral are not the same as the speculated envelopes handed out to various congresspukes before the 2018 election.
Totally different people, situation, and time frame.

The story told by Dr. J. Orlin Grabbe was that the contents of the folders included recordings of financial transaction proving certain members of congress were being brided totaling over $10 billion.
