Sucker punched with the truth of what you said. And suddenly realizing that it’s unlikely Michele would run in 2020 because probability is Trump will win and she’d never have another chance. It’s a pattern:
Politician leaves office unexpectedly or due to term limits.
Billionaires fill their pockets for about 5-6 years-—speeches, book deals, sweet real estate or other financial transactions, securities (Gore got early taste of Google) etc.
Then they can run for President. (They will be financially independent enough to be basically unemployed for 2-3 years with highly uncertain outcome.)
