You’re the one twisting things. First saying that Sperry was tweeting heresay, then implying that Sperry was suggesting Graham’s proper role is as prosecutor.
Graham’s committee has the power to reveal and make clear to the public wrongdoing that would lead to prosecution. He’s not opting to do that. You can interpret that as some sort of happy thing if you want, but it is what it is.
