Each of these individuals received his Yellow Envelope. The Yellow Envelope contains evidence of offenses for which he could be indicted -- but will not be indicted if he leaves elected political life forever.

If he ignores the Yellow Envelope, the next envelope will be the Manila Envelope, the envelope that contains the indictment.

This sounds exactly like the saga of former CIA agent, Charles Hayes (aka The Angel of Death) as recorded by Dr. J. Orlin Grabbe. The story was central to the NSA, Vince Foster, ProMIS software conspiracy. Those stories were shared and discussed on Free Republic through the mid to late 1990s. Grabbe supposedly had inside information about how Charles Hayes visited members of Congress and simply slid a manila folder across the desk, a folder containing evidence of bribery and other illegal activity. This led to an unprecedented number of congress members who decided to "spend more time with their family". Some of the names I remember were Sam Nunn and Patsie Schroeder.

Grabbe was a professor at The Wharton School of Business and a widely recognized expert on cryptology specifically in the area of international commerce. He wrote a widely used textbook on the subject and if he were still alive, would fit in with the current bitcoin/crypto-currency phenomena.

Here is an archive of all his postings. We used to wait with bated breath for his next release, much like Q postings today. For a long time now, I have thought there is a connection between Hayes' team from 25 years ago and today's storm on the horizon.

A former CIA officer named Charles Hayes (now deceased) explained it over 20 years ago. He was Bill Clinton's CIA handler at Oxford and was responsible for getting Clinton safely out of England after he raped that girl.

Do you remember all those powerful Democratic congressmen who decided to retire in 1990? Patsy Schroeder of Colorado was among them. They received their Yellow Envelopes.

The are two types of stents often used, plastic and metal. Plastic ones only last about 3 months before needed to be replaced, thus doctors tend to use plastic ones in patients they do not expect to live more than 3 months (since they are more comfortable and cheaper).

Stents are often used in patients who are inoperable to provide end of life care.

Lastly, given Ginsburg’s tendency to imbibe alcohol in the daytime, one may suspect she has some form of dependency. In this case the prognosis is complicated greatly.

Search for "Hayes" on this page and you will find the postings regarding him - aka The Angel of Death. Interestingly, I never heard of Hayes' involvement in the Oxford rape case involving BJC. Last I heard Hayes was still in a Kentucky prison due to false charges brought against him. Curious to find out if he ever regained his freedom. So much history in his stories. I think worthy of a major dig. We've heard how the Q story goes back many years and I wonder if there is a connection.

I do find the proposition plausible. THere’s something not revealed or “modified” in the story, I think. For the Sec of Defense to wash the skies with combat helicopters, there seems to be the belief that these “snipers” the Seals/Marines were “trying” to smuggle in are believed to be here, possible in significant numbers or receiving continued support from traitors in our military.

I believe “snipers” are a domestic threat as well as an imported threat - so POTUS would be transported behind bullet proof glass etc. and line-of-sight to sniper fire would be defended against ordinarily, right? So there’s some indication these “sniper” imports are more of a coordinated special ops team or teams of some size. And or, there must be fears that our own military were going to work with sniper(s), shield them from detection and help them get close, fight alongside them?

Just sounds odd to put combat helicopters in the sky over the capital as a show of force if you’re worried about a sniper or a few snipers.

Great points, Mother of Dragons. I think there is much we don’t know about this - but bit by bit we may learn more. I didn’t know what to make of the helicopters either. We don’t have it all yet.
