Did you know there was a TV show based on Elfstones of Shannara? I never watched it since it was on MTV. I was burned by MTV’s Teen Wolf, where every third guy was in a loving gay relationship.
I gave up TV in 2000*. Didn’t know such a show even existed!
*It’s almost accurate to say that even when you give up TV, TV does not give up on you. And thus my internet addiction... :-( (I’m managing it!)
I was dumb enough to try and watch it. I only saw the first season. I didn’t think it was very good but was one of those “better than the other crap on right now” situations. I thought it was cancelled but apparently moved to another network which ran a second season and did worse. They shot season 3 then the networks shot season 3 also to put it out of its misery.
