I’m right off of the 1604 Loop and I-35.

Yes I can big time, I would guess about 1500-2500 cans per year. All American Canners (I have every size with doubles on some) and Amish water bath canners are my choice for processing. My Studio Apartment is a canners heaven though not huge, but big enough with plenty of room. I use an idle room in the biggest house for additional storage. It’s locked, so no one can access it.

My goodness.....that is a LOT of canning!!

I am lucky if I’m able to can the plums, from my plum tree, every few years! And, my biggest batch was about 100 pints.

I did can meat one year. I kept thinking I wasn’t doing it right....right temps, amounts, etc.

I have a canner similar to the All American....not as ‘high tech’....lol. You are a pro!!
