Might even be better but I’d have a hard time changing.

I have sold many houses and I have never seen anything like what my friend is going through.

She was informed just the other day that she was supposed to have mapped out the boundries with stakes and if she didn’t they were going to charge her $600 and have it professionally done.

She already came down &5,500 and said she was done meeting their demands.

Since she is now located permanently to Tucson and would have to make a trip up we said we would take care of it.

Hubby got the plot map from county.

Hubby and our oldest son spent the morning with a looooong tape measure and stakes getting it done.

They aren’t going to like it!!!!

Found that the driveway goes into the front property as a stake is now in the middle of the driveway and the one up in front of the garage is about 3 ft. out and in the middle of the garage door.

Bawhahahaha!!!!

Called our friend and she was waiting to sign final papers as soon as person with papers showed up, she said don’t worry about it, let them deal with it.

We are going to call the folks who inherited the front piece of property and house and tell them what we found.

They were worried about the boundaries when they were up a week ago.

The new owners are not nice people I don’t think, so not sure what is going to happen.

They have treated friend horribly, really taken advantage of an older women having to handle things for 1st time on her own.

I’m NOT happy with her realtor either!!! Has not looked out for friend at all.
