Gran, there is some talk of lowering the voting age to 18, but I don’t think it’s terribly serious at this stage.
I have a conundrum up here. The new People’s Party of Canada (1 year old) is running Maxime Bernier next month. He’s bolder than President Trump. Says the UN is useless. Calls out the climate change hoax all the time. The problem is, he’s running again our official “conservative” and our man/child Trudeau (Liberal). If Bernier (PPC) takes votes, it will be from the blase fake conservative (Andrew Scheer). It will split the vote and likely put Trudeau back in power.
I so much want to vote PPC. It would be the equivalent of you guys having a third party....say Trump, Bush and Biden. Voting for Scheer is like voting for a Bush. What to do, what to do....
