We know about porch leaks, hubby has done everything to get the skylight to not leak, have hired people in the know too. He said the only way to get it to stop leaking is to rebuild the roof without skylight, like that is going to happen.
Good luck with your repairs and I hope you can stop your leak.

Now you have me worried. We have two skylights in our family room and our nephew tried to get us to take them out. We insisted we would never do this. We love the extra light and we've NEVER had a leak from our skylights. So we also have this extra structure too on the middle roof..lol This addition was just finished when we bought the house. Looks like we bought a humdinger of a house here...lol

I know this isn’t the same thing but it might work, we had 2 roof vents on an enclosed trailer that started to leak, we used the Flex Seal clear rubber sealer spray.
Might save you money.
