I always wondered why private communications with POTUS are not automatically considered privileged and confidential ?

I thought they were.

I haven't read the IG Comey Report but I would think he addressed this since he told Comey those memos were not HIS and part NOT of HIS diary.

Can you just imagine if all of this was done to Obummer by pubbies?
