Utility trucks from ALL OVER were staging west and nw of Houston.

I remember being in traffic in Dover, DE the day after Superstorm Sandy hit NJ in 2012.
Both of my sons were in Toms River, NJ without power and under the threat of flooding.
No vehicles were allowed to drive in all of NJ except for emergency and utility vehicles. They had to wait until the storm was over to be allowed in.
Next to me were eight trucks from Mississippi Power in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, heading north to NJ.
I realized these men, strangers to all of us and far from home, were on their way to help my boys.
I was so grateful for them.
