Neighbors are letting fireworks off.AGAIN

One is behind the chair The other on day bed next to me.

What’s the occasion for fireworks?
As much as I liked them when I was young I now realize how frightening they are to animals and I’m glad I live in a place that they have been banned unless it is the city display on the 4th.
If someone sets any off the police show up really fast, such a danger to setting off a forest fire.
