Looking at those large “spots” on the dress. They are NOT flowers. Looks more like veins. Are they to represent wounds on the white innocent people of the world?

I'm going to go with an art deco flower on this one. It fits nicely into the beach town theme.

Or .. she just wanted to wear these shoes again. ;-)
