asked if Kim Jong Un violated his trust by firing more missiles after joint military exercises ended in South Korea, the president said, “No, I don’t think so. He likes testing missiles.”
He said his comments about “the chosen one” were sarcasm.
“It was sarcasm,” he said.
Asked if he still wants negotiations with China next month, he said, “I’m always open to talks.”
