Great weather, except for drought conditions once again. Only 3 rains all season. The monsoons have been nonexistent. Least amount of summer precipitation on record. Ironic, considering that the winter snow was the 4th heaviest since records have been kept.

Daytime temps. are sometimes in the low 80*s, occasionally dropping into the high 40*s at night. Locals are expecting an early winter, predicting the first snow around Oct. 3rd.
