I'm sorting through it and putting it in piles to give back to those who gave cards, mostly from me, my sisters and all the grandchildren. Have a pile from friends, so many going back into the 20's to 2001 when Mom passed.

There are dance cards from when Mom was a teen, letters from heartthrobs, lol, folks marriage license, all kinds of very interesting stuff.

Will copy for family important things.

But I'm finding a lot of stuff that can be used for genealogy purposes.

And PRICELESS mementos like this:

This was a little card from my brother, who was killed in a car accident in '45 at age 3 1/2, I never knew him.

That is so sweet and thoughtful of you to take the time to do that. That must have been so hard for your parents to lose their little boy. Were they in the accident too?

LG Hobby Lobby has frames with double glass and you could put that in one and be able to see both sides. Then hang if next to your embroidery from your mother. Now you see why our place is FULL of stuff..lol
