Good morning LG. What you got going on this weekend? As usual, I have nothing, because of the relentless heat. With my medical problems, I’ve been thinking that, even though i love Texas and family here, it just doesn’t make sense for me to spend so many months I have left of life stuck at home by the A/c because it’s too hot to do anything. Too expensive to move back to CA. Wish I could afford a summer home in cooler place, then come back to Texas for winter.
I think my daughter would like to move to Colorado or some place cooler too, but needs to move where she can find work. She would eventually like to have a bed and breakfast or a place for cabin rentals, but of course that takes money and planning.
Lunch with dear friends in Greer at Molly Butler's Restaurant and Lodge, a beautiful old place with yummy food, course having a niece that runs it helps.
Dinner with family.
So wish you could move to a cooler clime, don't give up thinking it won't happen.
