Defense Secretary Mark Esper called congressional leaders, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.), on Tuesday to inform them of the decision to reprogram the money away from military construction projects and to the border.
Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) said on Tuesday that Pentagon Secretary Mark Esper had called him and other congressional leaders to notify them of the decision to reprogram the money.
“Earlier today Defense Secretary Mark Esper notified me that the Department of Defense will reprogram $3.6 billion in funds appropriated for military construction and maintenance, including the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, in order to build the president’s misguided border wall,” Schumer said.

Jordan Pruitt, a contestant on the third season of “The Voice,” has filed a lawsuit accusing her former manager, Keith Thomas, of sexually abusing her beginning when she was 14 years old.
Pruitt also sued her former record label, Hollywood Records, and its parent company, the Walt Disney Co., alleging that they had failed to prevent the abuse. The suit alleges that the label compelled her to work with Thomas as her mentor and producer, and allowed him to be unsupervised, even though it knew or should have known that he was a sexual abuser.
The suit represents a bombshell within the country music scene, where sexual misconduct allegations are still largely taboo even in the #MeToo era.

MINNEAPOLIS — Rep. Ilhan Omar’s marriage appears to be headed for the rocks, a longtime friend of the couple told The Post.
The congresswoman’s husband, Ahmed Hirsi, the source said, is poised to file for divorce after the revelation in a bombshell court filing that she allegedly had an affair with DC political consultant Tim Mynett.
The husband allegedly changed his mind after Tim Mynett’s wife last week filed bombshell divorce papers claiming her spouse was having an affair with the Somali-born US representative — with Hirsi said to be angry he had been made to look the fool by the allegations of an extramarital affair.
Although I agree with Trump completely about total trust in FBI being GONE, Wray is also a BIG part of this and YET he is still there until Trump decides to completely clean house the American people will continue to have absolutely NO FAITH in equal justice in this country!!!

A Boston police union leader on Tuesday urged Rep. Ayanna Pressley to withdraw her support for activists arrested at an antifa-fueled counter-protest, saying her support for a bail fund serves to “encourage criminal and disruptive behavior.”
In an open letter to the Massachusetts Democrat, Boston Police Patrolmen’s Association president Michael Leary said the “so-called peaceful protesters” injured four officers working security Saturday at the Straight Pride Parade, which drew more than 1,000 counter-demonstrators.
“I urge you to reconsider your support of the protest bail fund,” the letter said. “Instead, I hope you will make it clear to your supporters that you don’t approve of violent behavior against public safety personnel.”
I tend to agree. I don't know if Wray's stonewalling on documents is part of "the plan" or what. But when he took over, he said he was going to clean it up. Maybe he is working on it, but if it was me, and the department I took over was at rock bottom, I would certainly be putting out status reports & press releases of the progress I had made in changing the culture of corruption in hopes of gaining back the public's confidence. But that's just me.
