Keep hearing about broken bones - plural - in Epstein’s neck, but the need only mentions hyoid bone. What other ‘bones’ in the neck were broken? C1? C2?

I think they were front bones (little bones), not vertebrae bones.

The kind you would get from downward pressure against a 'rope' to either asphyxiate or stop blood flow.

Again, requiring more force to break than simply a partial body weight lean.

Not a medical examiner, but I did stay in a NoTell Motel last night.
