Note MI has the same SAPs as NSA, CIA etc as designated post 9-11.
Why is this relevant?
Who can be held hostage and controlled?
CIA thinks its foreign offshore assets are strong enough to defend against the US executive (not accounting for military use on domestic soil).
Why does the Constitution explicitly grant this authority to the President and what is it to prevent?
They knew our agencies would grow in power so much so they could/can hold the executive hostage or engage with bad actors.
Trump nominated someone new to direct every agency but one. He controls the top.

don't think he can use his own assets to cause a market crash in US stocks or bonds, as markets are too massive & regulated.

don't think he is dumb enough to try to profit from a FF event or disaster like TWA 800. buying puts or selling short insurance cos or airlines in advance of a a cataclysmic event leaves a paper trail (yes I believe there were records of who bought the puts on TWA 800 that have never been made public)

don't think he could do something like bunker hunt did when he cornered the silver market back in the day. metals was thin market & hunt had enough money to pull that off.

something like that would would not benefit soros “plan” & would also leave a paper trail today.

I've read soros has a computer software company that may be based in spain that has contracts to count votes in the USA.

This is where we could be vulnerable to his attack, imo
