Agreed. It would be those, higher up who run the counties and possibly the money behind them, would be the ones who would know what it meant.

It would let the elite pedo rings know which counties are friendly to them. These people are sick.

The symbol goes way back and is quite useful for filling a triangular space. Not everything is tied into pedophilia. Sometimes it is simply a design element.
