On what authority?

Another slippery slope scenario.

Who’s going to have this purview, especially in such a divided country as ours.

Just like who’s going to be in charge in adjudicating the plethora of continual hearings to establish whose Second Amendment rights ought to be “Red-Flagged?”

For example, tonight, Lou Dobbs mentioned that the Immigration Judges have a UNION—and they don’t like to work very much. Think of that attitude when considering the enormous backlog of pending asylum cases.

25tn Amendment - if the President flunks or refuses, the VP and a majority of the cabinet can declare him unable to discharge his duties.

Of course he can flunk and the VP and a majority of the cabinet can declare him fit to continue in office.

He can also pass and the VP and a majority of the cabinet can declare him unfit to discharge his duties.

I agree - there is no authority...I’m just being nitpicky.
