For the average Joe, yes. But if Epstein was as smart as they say he was, he would have had layers of security. You might have been able to get close enough to shoot him. But not close enough to push him down a flight of stairs or mess with his car brakes, and then make it look like an accident.

Side note: I never was much of a conspiracy theorist. But then the Clintons came along.
