Can’t imagine the JD gives a twit what Mark Epstein might prefer.
Reports say the Epstein legal team called the forensic specialist Baden in, whom I believe would have the only legal standing to do so. Mark bro is a witness at minimum and a target suspect at most, in the “assets management etc. along with two Epstein lawyers who themselves have already hired criminal defense lawyers. (Money laundering, no doubt.)
If you are right about standing (which was my question) that all makes sense.
