The main underground complex is beneath the tennis court; I'm working on documenting detailed time-phased analysis of the TC area at present.

Based on the tiny amount of dirt excavated (to bury the trash dump, cover the above exposed staircase, & mask hurricane damage atop the central complex, it is much more likely that Q got bad (or misinterpreted) a "dirtwork" contract for "$29mm" -- and that the money was, instead, spent on GSJI. (I have a copy of Epstein's ambitious "Master Development Plan" he filed for GSJI.)

I don’t mean on the tennis court, that is separate + different. I think there was something going on there but I’m not what it is/was other than the tennis court. I no longer consider there was a tarp or something there.
