thanks...so I’m guessing that interest amount is a little less each month, so it’s really a simple interest loan.
Glad we are near the end of our mortgage loan...the downside (not really) is, there is no longer enough interest where we can itemize on our taxes... we ultimately refi’d a 30 yr into a 10 year and the interest amount no longer looked that imposing...
