Once again -— it could be done by erotic asphyxiation which doesn’t require the “rope” to hold much weight, doesn’t require a rafter or hook in the ceiling and doesn’t require anything to climb on and step off of. He had on his orange jumpsuit in the ambulance pictures so the “rope” could be bedding. No matter how thin the bedding is, tearing it in strips and winding it together makes it stronger and it could be looped over the toilet/sink.

This would also fit with his sicko lifestyle so the sheeple would believe this manner of death.

Another possibility, I'm still not sure what the heck happened there. All I'm sure of is it did flip the narrative on the derps, with all the focus back on Epstein and all the corruption that went on with his situation.
