There is a theory floating that the head on the stretcher was actually Tony Rodham. I’ve been looking at photos of him later in life when his hair was white. It could be his nose.

Also, compare the pic of Epstein and the face on the gurney. The bridge of the nose where it meets the brow ridge. Epstein’s comes off at a steeper angle.
Rodham’s comes off at the same angle.
Also compare the cheeks of the three pictures.
Rodham’s and the face on the gurney are more rounded. The pic of Epstein has the cheek flatter.
And the eye.
Epstein’s eye is more recessed. Rodham’s and the face on the gurney are equally less so.
My opinion, of course. Ymmv.
