If they did, they’ll get caught, and they know it. So multiple people would have to be strongly under the power of the cabal.
That’s why I’m now leaning that the obvious “conspiracy” had to be for a LEGAL purpose—i.e., getting the prisoner into another, secret, location (for whatever reason) pursuant to a lawful order.
Please don’t read my earlier posts on this topic. I’ve been flip-flopping between suicide, murder and faked death.
