BTW a good Cates thread about Epstein today. It seems Cates doesn't follow Q, he has said he is not a Q reader (but doesn't diss Q either) but he apparently doesn't know about the tunnels, children and other horrors. But this is good as far as it goes.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Well of course he did.
He had photos and videos, too, I'm sure.
How good was the case against Epstein and his co-conspirators back in 2008?
Well, it so happens the case against these people was so good, so much evidence had been collected that THAT'S WHY WE'RE HERE TODAY.
The case was AIRTIGHT.
THAT'S the f**king SCANDAL.
People selling you narratives that all the evidence, the names, the who, the what, the where, the how, the why, it was ALL IN EPSTEIN'S HEAD and he wasn't talking until the prosecutors have him a SWEET DEAL?
They're wrong.
They didn't NEED Epstein to start cooperating.
You know who has the Epstein diaries and photos and videos and flight logs and all the OTHER evidence they need, from both back in 2008 and from last July when they raided Epstein's residences?
Take a WILD GUESS.
You **only** get offered a deal if the prosecutors NEED YOU TO PROVE SOMETHING.
If they don't NEED you, then you AIN'T getting a deal.
This is not HARD.
Irrespective of whether Epstein killed himself or if he was murdered, he was NEVER getting out and he knew it.
What's causing Epstein's co-conspirators to panic today isn't that Epstein died without talking.
It's that they know he DIDN'T NEED TO TALK.
Extensive, organized, cataloged photos.
Extensive, detailed diaries.
And like most perverts of this type, Epstein likely had cameras set up surreptitiously all over his estate, Island and ranch.
You know what the penalty is for engaging in sex trafficking of a minor in NY state currently? Up to 25 years on EACH COUNT.
The NY State legislature passed this just LAST year:
State legislators finally pass sex trafficking bill After a Post exposé in April on how these lax laws have allowed these creeps to walk free, Gov. Cuomo came out in favor of reform -- and Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie agreed to sit down with the bill
Epstein is reported to have trafficked and exploited around 40 underage minors.
He was never getting out. They had him cold in 2008 and they had him even MORE cold in July 2019.
Now here's something else I discovered in digging into this.
This Epstein investigation is being run out of the SDNY's Public Corruption Unit. This is the unit **specifically tasked** with exposing, investigating and prosecuting GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION.
Read the SDNY's own description of the PCU unit from their official website about what each of it's Criminal Division units do:
Remember, Jeffrey Epstein was NEVER elected to any office. He was never any kind of public official and there's no record of him every working as a contractor for the US gov't.
So **why** is it the SDNY PCU that's going back to dig into just how that travesty of justice occurred back in 2008, when an obviously guilty sex trafficker & his cohorts with an airtight case sitting there were allowed to walk off.
Well I'll tell you why. Epstein was **never** the real target of this investigation. Arresting him and tossing his ass in jail where he belonged is just unfinished business from 2008.
It'll be the same when we see his co-conspirators rolled up.
The **real** targets of this thing are the public officials back in 2008 & since who used their offices to pervert justice and ensure this criminal cabal was able to go on it's merry way and spend another 11 years in operation.
So tossing Epstein into prison was a bonus, and tossing the other kiddie diddlers & traffickers into prison will also be a great bonus.
The real PRIZE here is going to be dragging all these corrupt gov't officials into the light of day and EXPOSING THEM.
THAT'S where this is headed.
Epstein himself likely didn't know exactly WHO sent the order down the chain to give him that deal in 2008.
Maybe even Alex Acosta doesn't know. But somebody does.
And THAT is what the PCU is pursuing.
So while other people are freaking out and wailing that the Epstein scandal is now sadly as dead as Epstein, let's all check back in a few weeks, ok? You will be surprised. /end
I don’t mean on the tennis court, that is separate + different. I think there was something going on there but I’m not what it is/was other than the tennis court. I no longer consider there was a tarp or something there.
Guards and maintenance activity are evident in the latest drone vids
I like this, TLS.
That would be sickening but I’m going with it - oh, wait, tick tock ;)
We could even get you an Indiana Jones hat.
It's now being reported that EPSTEIN'S OWN LAWYERS strongly pushed for him to be taking off of suicide watch. https://t.co/D84mzepChD— Brian Cates (@drawandstrike) August 13, 2019
Seems that way. I don’t think the white hats would have any good reason to whisk him away using subtrefuge.
Comeys daughter was one of the team on the recent Epstein case. I remember how upsetting that was to hear.
ROFLOL!!! Would you believe I already have one?!? In fact, I just set it on my head -- in your honor! '-)
Even Lou Dobbs got a chuckle out of the retweet by POTUS while his Repub strategist guest was not amused. Love Lou!
Why does that not surprise me.
Hannity: Epstein very personal because Sean’s mother worked as a prison guard. I hadn’t heard that since last week lol :)
If Mark knows TOO MUCH, shouldn’t Epstein’s lawyers be worried too as they know TOO MUCH too.
oooh interesting VI courts are TRIBUNALS! Congressional Tribunals, but Tribunals none the less.
Federal courts in Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands are Article IV territorial courts.[87][88]
The United States territorial courts are tribunals established in territories of the United States by the United States Congress, pursuant to its power under Article Four of the United States Constitution, the Territorial Clause.[1]
Their jurisdiction is similar to that of United States district courts, but despite the similarity of names, they are not “United States district courts” (though they sometimes use that term). “United States district courts”, created under Article III of the U.S. Constitution, exist only in United States federal judicial districts, which are found only in the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
The territorial courts themselves, as article IV courts, also assume the jurisdiction of a United States bankruptcy court in their respective territories; they do not have separate bankruptcy courts under their supervision, as do the article III U.S. district courts.
Article IV judges do not have the authority to decide petitioners’ appeals or be appointed to a United States Court of Appeals.[1] The U.S. Supreme Court case Nguyen v. United States, 540 U.S. 935 (2003), presented the question of whether a panel of the Court of Appeals consisting of two Article III judges and one Article IV judge had the authority to decide petitioners’ appeals. The U.S. Supreme court declared that it did not.
