Does that mean that the info will actually be released?
Whatever documents that were the subject of the appeal are supposed to be released. How the documents are released, in parts/sets, subject to district court review, under protective order, etc., I have no clue. But the “good news” is that the information will be disclosed so the person that sought to prevent that action lost.
