Without the nasty attitude, perhaps now you can understand the folly of “Red Flag”.
It’s stupid at best, and at worst it’s evil. We need to hold our President accountable if he makes this a reality.
No nasty attitude intended. I was trying to point out how these “red flag” laws empower the unlicensed and untrained to make clinical assessments. It is wrong to put a person in that position.
There are procedures in place that already allow for a person to be committed -if- the courts find that person either incompetent or a danger.
