Read and study my #503 -- until you understand it.
Then, come back here and explain how a (at least 50 yard X 60 yard) "Tarp" could move and warp all those tons of spoil dirt in that 15' high berm -- that is prominently the highest point on the island -- clearly visible from the sea in any sightline across the island...
And -- if you think you can explain that -- then explain how a "Tarp" could show that berm continually changing (growing grass, eroding, slumping, etc.) -- over a time span of over six (6) years.
